March 26 2010, Employment Authorization Card received
March 31 2010, I-797C, Request for applicant to appear for initial interview on May 6 2010
May 6 2010, I-485 interview. I130 approval missing and i130 file could not be located aparently was transfered. Could not proceed with interview advised that we would need to submit approved i130 petition within 30 days or petition would be denied.
Made several request to expedite the petition afterwards no response until July received letter advising of another interview to determine eligibility for imigration benefits.
August 31 2010, I485 & I130 interview. Asked questions about our marriage and evidence to support our claim as well as questions relating to any security concerns for the USA,i.e. intent or afiliations with crime. Interview successful, card production ordered to receive within 4 - 6 weeks.
