  1. if you out this out as fiction no-one would believe you because the whole thing is so far-fetched and fantastical. Absolutely epic
  2. Iran launches missile attack on Israel WASHINGTON — Iran launched missiles toward Israel, Israel's Defense Forces said in a short statement Tuesday as it urged Israelis to enter bomb shelters. The move was the latest escalation in a weeks-long skirmish between Iran-backed Hezbollah and Israel, and comes days before the the one-year anniversary of Hamas' Oct. 7 attacks on southern Israel. It also comes just as the Jewish high holiday Rosh Hashanah begins at sunset on Wednesday. https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/world/2024/10/01/iran-missile-attack-israel/75465364007/ Reports say that Hezbollah has not managed to retaliate for the death of it’s leader, Hassan Nasrallah, so Iran has taken that responsibility upon itself. I doubt the IDF response will be a single air defence missile site this time. ☠️
  3. Confirmation that Hassan Nasrallah was killed in the Israeli airstrike. https://www.bbc.com/news/live/c981g8mrl8lt
  4. if the IDF got one or more thermobaric munitions into the tunnels, then that is huge. In such confined spaces, the effects would be devastating and reach far beyond what a conventional warhead could accomplish. 💀 So far, it seems the IDF is fighting a really smart war against Hezbollah.
  5. What have you got against fluffy rain? 🤔
  6. Anyone calling the A330Neo “small” needs to have their eyes tested and be given a dictionary. 🫣
  7. Because they thought that cellphones would give them cancer? 🤔 What I have seen reported is that Hezbollah considered the cellphone networks not to be secure, so they went another route. Right now, pigeons are fleeing Lebanon in droves 😗
  8. Well, there goes the neighbourhood 🙁
  9. If DJT wins re-election, I would expect to see Maduro depart within a year, as economic sanctions and pressure over the election results crush his ability to govern.
  10. Live updates: Walkie-talkie explosions injure hundreds in Lebanon a day after pager attacks https://apnews.com/live/lebanon-syria-pagers-hezbollah-updates And Hezbollah thought cellphones were bad for their health ☠️
  11. it ALL tastes like chicken … when you have COVID. 😗
  12. Rashida Tlaib may not have had one, but the Iranian Ambassador to Lebanon did. ☠️
  13. Reports say that Hezbollah was getting suspicious (of who or what isn’t mentioned), so the operation was moved up to a stand-alone “attack”, rather than one supported by a ground offensive, as is suggested was the original intent.
  14. Looking at the video clips, I’m trying to work out how the explosion could be an electrical overload. To a non-expert like me, both the clips look like powerful enough to be a small explosive charge. Regardless of how the explosions were caused, Hezbollah and all the other Iranian proxies in the region must be a little anxious right about now. That the Israelis could do this to thousands of devices simultaneously is next-level scary. Mossad. Bringing terror home to the terrorists. ☠️
  15. Brings a reversion to the original meaning of blowing up your phone 💀
  16. It is the payment to a voter that is illegal. These are payments to influencers to make content that influences people to vote a certain way. That isn’t illegal. If the content producers do not state they are being paid to put forward the view, that may fall under a different statute, as, I believe, all political advertising needs to state who is paying for it.
  17. "There's none so blind as they that won't see" One of the possible motives already stated for the would-be assassin is that he viewed Donald Trump as a threat to democracy. There is only one side of the political spectrum voicing that (false) opinion and it is not the GOP. So, to say “But only one of the two major parties is actively fanning the flames” is wholly untruthful. The Democrats and their mainstream media propaganda machine have been pushing this narrative for over a year, fanning the flames, as you put it, and encouraging radical activists to act. The fact that you quote both Axios and the Guardian only shows that you exist in the left-wing echo chamber and regurgitate what they feed you, to the exclusion of any outside, dissenting opinions. When even ABC and CNN begin questioning the DNC Politburo narrative, that echo chamber may be shrinking and may even let a little of the real world in to illuminate the darkness. Hopefully then you will open your eyes.
  18. Deflect, disinformation, disseminate and hope the lie takes root before the truth can displace it in the wider consciousness. That is the Democrat playbook, drawn straight from some of the darkest moments of history. Yet here you are, trying to make light of the incident, in spite of your own words.
