  1. Thanks, alternative is that she doesnt fly. Just read up - I think it should be fine as she has not planning to be there fore more than 6 months, which is what the rule says.
  2. Hi - my mother is a LPR. And I am trying to find out if there would be any issues upon her return, here is the history: - Traveled outside the US: Feb 23 2024 - Aug 4 2024 (over 5 months but less than 6 months) - Stayed in the US from Aug 4 2024 till (probably) Dec 15 2024 (over 4 months) - Plan to travel outside the US from Dec 2024 to Feb 2025 (2 months) Will IO give her any trouble coming in Feb 2025 given she didnt "stay in the US for the last 6 months" or even from Feb 2024 - Feb 2025, she would have stayed a total of 8 of 12 months outside. Trying to figure out how to book tickets. Thanks in advance!
  3. So we got the biometrics and picture taken during the appointment and they issues 1-year ADIT stamp! Cant believe it worked out! Thanks all!
  4. Yes, that was like 5 years ago. The I-90 I just filed shows biometrics is the next step, so that also got me concerned. We are going for infopass appointment tomorrow am anyway.
  5. Thank you. I called to and made a request for appointment in the local office even though I was told by the officer on the phone that they might not stamp ADIT without biometrics. We got appointment for tomorrow 9am and officer on the phone now say that as long as we take all relevant documents (flight details, etc.) we should be able to get the stamp. Will she be able to get the ADIT without having biometrics done?
  6. My mother lost her GC, she is currently in US and we have her ticket booked for Canada for next week. I just applied for I-90. Any chance I can get her a ADIT stamp in any of the NYC offices or can she travel based on the online Receipt I received after filing I-90?
