I'm a dual citizen and my wife is a canadian. We started dating in '05, got engaged in '08, married in '09.
We planned on moving together to the US.
Started the whole process (first filed petition I-130) in March '09. Got the packet back pretty quickly with the checklist and sent that in in July '09.
Got the next packet very quickly too, and had the interview scheduled in October '09, then had it rescheduled to December '09 (we postponed it).
Needed "Proof of Petitioner Domicile" to be sent in and completed by mail.
Sent Passport and proof April 26th '10...
