Hello everyone. I need advice, I hope this is the right place for it. I am an American citizen, and my partner is a Russian citizen. We have been together for close to 10 years throughout multiple countries. Right now, we live in Spain and we are legally bound with "Pareja de Hecho", but not married technically. We are considering moving back to the US (California, specifically), but we do not want to be separated for 1.5 years while the papers process. What would be your advice? Thank you.
