  1. Im so excited I sent off my I-129f forms etc Monday 24th of June, Im nervous and biting my finger nails off. But Now I also want to know that we have 90 day to marry when she gets here and I live in Arizona USA, Can we go to Canada to get married or do we have to stay here in USA to marry. She has a son and daughter in law who live in Canada and it is very important to me as well as her for them to be with us during the time we get married.
  2. again I thank all of you for your info and help. on the I-129f directions it ask for a passport style picture from me and and a color passport style picture of my fiance taken 30 days before I file my I-129f form. How do I get a picture of her like that to me.
  3. Im 69 and my fiance is 60. I dont want to second guess any thing and get it wrong and be denied her coming here. We are deeply in love and want to spend the rest of our lives together here.
  4. Thank you so much for your replies. I understand now.
  5. Please some one help me. I am filing the I-129f by myself and I dont understand some things on the form. In part 2 of the form it asks questions about your beneficiary, who is that, me or her?? if it is me why is it repeating the same questions it just asked about me. if it is her why dont it say her. im confused. Im doing all this myself because I cant afford a lawyer.
  6. Since there is no divorce in the Philippines, if a person comes from the Philippines to America and lives or works here etc, can they file for a divorce here.
  7. yes you are right. she is my future wife but as of now I have not even proposed to her yet. she still has over 1 year before she moves to Canada. she is a school teacher in the Philippines and will retire then. then she will go to Canada.
  8. I have a friend who is a Filipina and still in the Philippines. soon she will be moving to Canada to live with her son and daughter in law. later I will be going there to meet her and her family there. Then I want to bring her here to America to get married. What is the prosecc for her to come here. will she have to go back to the Philippines to do the process to come here or will she do it all from Canada.
