Thank you all for your response, i checked with an immigration lawyer and she said i can't do a thing to him, calling ICE won't help he will be off the hook until his 2 year card expires, and he may accuse me for being an acomplice. i also checked with a Divorce lawyer and seems he will win as i own a house, car and have good income, he works under the table (cash), i feel all doors are closed in my face, Yes i have anger toward him but not to punish him for not wanting me or not loving me, he used me to get here.

He is so arrogant he thinks he can get anything he wants, we separated couple of times, and every time he apologized and we get back together i always forgive him, my family and friends tell me that he is just using me. he will leave the minute he gets his 10 year GC. sometimes i just want to let go and move on, but other times i say that's not right, i followed the law when i immigrated here never used anyone why should he use me. he is the kind who will act nice and romantic and say he loves me a lot, but i can't see that in his behavior toward me, in situation he should portray his love, i see only hate, disgust, i see someone who is forced to act as a loving person. i don't know if i explained it right, but to those who think i just want to punish him because he stopped loving me, i am not that kind, i forgave him so many times, went against my family's advise and even though after few weeks he will act in a way that i see i don't deserve his love. i don't react on my anger, i tried so many times to deal with this situation but never succeded.

i am going to ask for a divorce, end it and move on. not giving up easy. I will report him to the ICE no physical evidence

My first question would be do you have any solid proof that he only married you for immigration purpose.

Without any solid proof it is only your gutt feeling which can be very difficult to prove in court of law.

Without any such proof you taking him off the insurance and cutting him off would be to his advantage, he can say he started acting weird and started taking him off the things etc. and he had always married in good faith.

If he proves he married in good faith, then he cannot be deported.

how can he prove he married me in good faith, if he treat me like this, we are both from the same culture and what he does show that i am not the one he wants for a wife. yes i can't prove his fraud but i'll do what i have to and see what happen.

Emails are evidence.....I am sincerely sorry for your situation calling ICE is your best option just to get their view on the situation.

Thanks MIBEN, I don't have the emails, we don't have any thing with both names, only one tax file, i took him off my health insurance and i will meet a lawyer tomorrow.

I haven't been checking this site for a while now, but here i am with a broken heart i type these lines.

I worked so hard to get my so called husband here (which i think all of us do), he is here work two jobs,send his family money, i lend him more money which he still say i'll pay you later. money is not a concern here, i found out that he married me just to get here, and because we are both from the same country it was easy for him to get here, he has the 2 conditional green card, he want to stay till he gets his permanent green card and move on. i feel like i been hit by a train, i can't beleive that such ppl exist, i know i was fooled .

Good Morning everyone, haven't been here for a while just came back from Morocco, my Husband just got his interview today and he was approved. he mentioned a lot of questions, they wanted details , he should go back on to pick up his visa.

I called NVC for my interview date and i was told to call back next week to see if we make the January month, I was told that my case was complete on the 6th so may be no January interview for us i am so disapointed, but i will keep calling every single day.

You don't have to worry about, MB. Because your priority date currently Mar08 is within the current month's (Dec 2010) cutoff of Aug10.

Make sure to complete the NVC process before this month and push to the Consulate.

Jan 2011 cutoff is 01JAN08 which will retrogress in your case.

If visa# is allocated for you already, it doesn't matter to you.

Does this apply to F1 visas, my mom petitioned for my sisters and we just processed the Affidavit of Support, still waiting to send the DS-230, the documents got lost in the mail from Morocco , my sister is sending them again.

I have a question, if you petition for an unmarried son over 21 , and then that person got married, what happen to the petition?

Guys. My mom is really ill. She had high blood pressure yesterday so we took her to ER. They gave some tests and one medicine and discharged her. But since today morning, her blood pressure went up and she has partial paralysis on her right side. She can barely move her right arm and her right leg. She can't walk on her own. So we took her to ER again today. We've been there since early morning. They'll keep her there for at least until tomorrow. I came home to eat something and use the bathroom. I'm going back now. Please keep my mom in your thoughts and prayers.

I just spoke to a .. rep, my IV was entered on 11/22 and she told we just received it please wait 2-4 weeks, most of you guys had to wait only 7 days or less for a SIF, that's worries me, I am not looking for RFE....

i just spoke to an NVC rep, the missing documents was my DS-230, which was entered in the system today. :)i am glad i am almost done hopefully no RFE, good luck to all of us.

Let's hope they don't lose your package. It'll be fine, IMO. Don't stress too much. Since NVC received your IV on 08-NOV-2010, you can expect your IV to be scanned by today or tomorrow. If they scan it today, you won't hear about it until tomorrow. And if they scann it tomorrow, then you won't hear about it until Wednesday.
