    It shouldn't be a problem. We didn't, but I know that a lot of Indians have done it. As for the AOS, you don't need it now. I always recommend 'recent forms' at the interview so have him FedEx the I864/I864A two weeks before your interview. Is your DS230 packet ready yet? I remember you were having some issues with the PCC?
