    He should have no problem during NVC. I can't say for certain for the interview because the CO views the 'totality of circumstances' and I'm not privy to your circumstances or income figures/assets etc. He/she will be. Have it ready at the time of the interview. If he's currently making over the required guidelines for the I-864 household size, NVC will not cause any problems.
