    @nerdcouple your list above looks good! Only other things you could consider adding are any beneficiary statements from 401k, shared utility bills (gas, internet, electricity), or life insurance. You have plenty of solid financial co-mingling evidence so should be fine!

    Is your N400 interview still after your 3yrs as a permanent resident anniversary? This is the fastest I've ever heard!

    Often, filing for N400 can shake the I-751 loose.

    That's the approach I took too (to try to avoid a potential RFE) and included everything since marriage.

    Since marriage (everything else was given as part of AOS) and printed them out on regular printer paper. Did around 20 or so I think, with captions of who was in the photos (family, our parents etc).     That's the Vermont processing center - current processing time is showing as 19 months. If you are required to attend an interview and you filed jointly (not with a divorce waiver) you will both need to attend.

    What service center is processing your application (the first three letters of your case number will tell you this)? If you update your timeline it will make it easier for folks to advise. This is normal in terms of processing window for many service centers at present - hence the newly updated 48 month extension letters. If you move, you will need to file for change of address. Many folks recommend doing it both using the online form and mailing in a change of address form. You will not need to pay to do this.

    In another WhatsApp group I'm in they posted a screenshot of an October 2022 Potomac filer who just got approved (!!). So it seems like we are still seeing random fast approvals for all service centers now.

    One quick thing - I would definitely not submit your package any earlier than February 20 (there are some reports of packages with postmarks before the earliest file date being rejected). Remember its 90 days, not 3 months, and with February and April being short months, 89 days before May 20 is actually February 20 (see here). On the plus side, you should definitely be receiving the 48 month extension letter!

    So looks like all letters sent out after January 23 will be for 48 months. Hope they send everyone who filed earlier a 48 month letter.

    All done. Very easy if you fill in the online form - although I had to wait 2.5 hours for basically 90 seconds of actual interaction with the SSA agent. Luckily I will never have to do that again.

    I'm actually doing this today. I filled out the form @Fe.Ta recommended online, so hopefully it'll be a pretty quick trip to the SSA. I'll report back once I'm done. One thing I read is to hold on to your old card in the interim rather than surrendering it if you can.

    When I looked up a bunch of Potomac cases on VJ, those with N400 seemed to be getting approved within 5-7 months.
