Definitely don't staple it! Here are the instructions from USCIS. Most folks here either use bulldog clips, which can easily taken off, or 2 inch hole punch binders. USCIS scan the entire package on its arrival, so you don't want to make it harder for them. And print everything single sided. We bought printer paper that was already 2 inch hole punched to save a step. For lockbox address it depends where you're filing from and then also how you are sending it - i.e. there's one address for filing via USPS and another for couriers (like UPS/Fedex). This page has all the addresses based on what state you're from.

Rearviewmirror replied to KAP2019's topic in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
It's very surreal seeing all these usernames from AOS 3 years ago - hope you have a speedy case processing! -
Thanks - it's helpful if you click the timeline link under your profile as it will help others see average processing times etc.

I-751 March 2021 Filers
Rearviewmirror replied to tombs07's topic in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
Congratulations! Could you fill your Timeline out please? It's really helpful for other filers, particularly those going through the Potomac waiting party. Thank you! -
My original Green Card took ~2 weeks to get mailed. I wouldn't worry yet.

Your post is a little confusing. Has she filed I-751 and that is what the I-797 references? I believe folks also receive notice that their conditional status is expiring once they get close to the original green card expiry date, but you have to actually file I-751 to receive the extension letter. Updating your timeline will also help people more effectively assist you.

I-751 December 2022 Filers

I wouldn't worry - the address is the same, you're clearly cohabiting. They're looking for evidence of a shared life, not worried who is paying for Netflix -

I’ll be in the same boat in approximately one month. I’m hoping we might also benefit from a magical one month approval 😆 -

I-751 December 2022 Filers

Looks good to me. I would maybe put the grant/mortgage stuff more up front (maybe before the bank accounts?). I know they presumably read it all, but that's "strong" evidence so maybe good to have it up front? Otherwise your package looks like ours. Only thing I didn't see is driving licenses showing your joint address? I assume you're including a cover letter and the G1145 for e-notification and your $680 check? -
It's certainly possible - my guess is that this is more about this year's fiscal stats. i.e. there's a desire to see this fiscal year's stats come down since introducing the risk based approach - USCIS can then compare this/last year and advocate for more measures to reduce processing times. I'm just hoping I'll be one of the lucky/speedy ones as Potomac is notoriously slow!

I left sections of my I-485 blank (interpreter etc.) and plan to leave the children section of I-751 blank. -

I-751 December 2021 Filers

I had thought N400 was comparatively a lot simpler/shorter than I-751 in terms of evidence required?
