Has anyone had issues with their passport app getting stalled inside the USPS system itself? Mine was sent out from the USPS post office last Thursday and was 1 day express but hasn't updated since it got to Philadelphia.

I filed electronically (IOE), does where one live(state of residence) have an impact on the processing. How can 1 reach out to 'em?
Yes - I believe it's still processed by your local field office, particularly if you have pending I-751. Your timeline is incomplete, so hard to tell why it might be taking longer.

Still waiting for my oath ceremony to be rescheduled since it was cancelled two weeks ago. Called USCIS to ask for an update and they said it's still waiting to be rescheduled, I asked to speak to a Tier 2 agent, they said no, I asked again and they hung up on me.
-
I just received notification six days before my ceremony that it has been cancelled. The letter says "at your request", which I certainly did not request. I was literally six days away from all of this being over and now I'm back in the queue with no idea of when it is going to be rescheduled too. I had family members reschedule trips at no small cost to be able to attend. This is unbelievably unprofessional and beyond a joke.
When I called to ask what was going on (saying Infopass was the only way to speak to a human) they told me they can cancel due to a "backlog" or officer case load. It's literally like they don't care about immigrants (who are about to be US citizens) at all.

USCIS's mighty left and right hands not knowing what they're doing and why 😃
I just got the "your N400 was also approved so we aren't sending you a GC" letter instead.

Got approved late April and received the card this week, only so I can surrender it next month at the oath
I'm surprised they issued it to be honest!

Got the scheduled interview notice online today! Waiting for the mail notice now to get the date.
If you log into the USCIS site the letter should be there under the N400 documents.

Congrats!
I'm still debating if I should do the double citizenship (N400) - we are expecting our firstborn in August and he'll be both GER / US... so I'm feeling kinda pushed towards the N400 😁
Does Germany allow dual citizenship? For some reason I thought it was one of the countries that didn't. If so I would say go for it.

Got my oath ceremony date - June 18. So almost exactly two months after my interview date.

My I-751 was approved, and N400 placed into "Oath Ceremony to be Scheduled" queue. Exactly three weeks after interview. Interestingly the I-751 got approved at around 6pm Friday, then the N400 showed approved/oath ready to be scheduled at midnight.

Alright... joining this thread! Interview on April 12. Went well, passed civics test, interestingly it was a virtual interview with a remote officer. I was hoping that would mean it might get approved faster. Still waiting at the moment.
Interview - April 12, 2024
I-751 transferred to NBC - April 15, 2024

Thank you! I hope it will get resolved soon. My representative got back to me and told me that they have submitted an inquiry about my case to USCIS but that it can take up to 6 weeks before they get an answer. Not much more I can do at the moment but wait!
@Rebecca92 did this ever get resolved?

Uploading it now or taking it to the interview won't delay anything. Even if you upload the extra evidence now it still won't delay it. I doubt any of the extra stuff isn't reviewed until the actual interview itself.
I'm not saying it'll delay it, I'm saying that it could speed it up. -

You can still submit it online or take it with you to the interview
When did they do that? I submitted on 2/20 and it wasn't there then. I submitted the evidence anyway though
They asked what might speed it up, I think we can definitively say waiting to take documents to the interview won't affect anything. It was there when I submitted mine on January 8 in the additional documents section.

I haven't submitted my tax transcripts with my application filing because it wasn't requested. I just assumed the officer would ask during the interview.
You should be able to upload those. They updated the N400 online somewhat recently and there's now a specific section to upload tax transcripts.
