Hi everyone, we have the final update and huge surprise came today with the letter of case approval and the greencard should be arrived within 60 days....while we are preparing to resend the whole packet again.

Well we did call USCIS, with trepidation, and after figuring out their phone tree we did talk to a nice chap. He said simply resubmit the whole thing again, with the forgotten blue sheet. Luckily we still hjave time as the deadline is on Oct 10.

We sent I 751 for removal of condition of my wife greencard and got a one year extention paper and had done fingerprints,three months later we got the I -797E and we sent all requested evidence documents but forgot to enclose

the blue form this time.

HELP! Two weeks ago we forgot to return the original blue form I-797E with our evidence packet. We have a deadline on October 10,2013. What can we do?
