    Thank you! I think so. As long as there is no RFE in the middle of it, it may help speed it up. unfortunately, once it gets to nvc, its back to the snail speed. Very cool! Congrats!

    -I-130 spousal petition -Filed online April 30 2024 -Majority of the time it was at Potomac center -dec 10 2024 got an email saying they were taking action. The action was moving our case from Potomac to Texas service center -Dec 16 got another action letter via email. Checked online, had I-130 approval notice i did submit a k-3 petition on June 14 2024. Hasn’t been denied yet. good luck att
