-I-130 spousal petition -Filed online April 30 2024 -Majority of the time it was at Potomac center -dec 10 2024 got an email saying they were taking action. The action was moving our case from Potomac to Texas service center -Dec 16 got another action letter via email. Checked online, had I-130 approval notice i did submit a k-3 petition on June 14 2024. Hasn’t been denied yet. good luck att -
