    Hi everyone! Last October 05, I send AOS email to the NVC but I think the format of my email is incorrect. My husband received a DS-3032 form from the NVC and my husband instructed me to fill-out the form, scan it and send to the NVC. So last October 11, I send again another DS-3032. Until now I don't received any acceptance from them. I wonder if it will cause delay to our papers. Anyone who can give me an idea and advice? Thanks a lot!

    What's the difference between police clearance and police certificate?

      In my police clearance I have my computerized picture, thumb mark, and signature. It tells there I have no criminal record on that places. In my police certification, the police chief certified me that when I lived in that place in this month and year, I don't have criminal record. I don't have my thumb mark, picture and signature only the signature of the chief of police.       NVC will only except a NBI(National Bureau of Statistics)certificate. The police cerificate is only local...You need the federal(national)..just had my wife get one a few weeks ago..

    I didn't write the email and phone number of my husband in my email to NVC. My husband said it is not necessary because NVC have his email and phone number already. Should I send another email?

    My husband checked our status and it said that we were under Initial review. Should I get excited or what? We just celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary yesterday so it would be really nice to hear something about our papers this month. Thank God!

    It is been 2 weeks and 4 days since my husband submitted the I-130 but until now we don't hear anything from the USCIS. What happen next when you submitted the I-130? I hope someone will give us some information.
