Our case has just completed yesterday. I spoke this guy from the NVC and told me that January interview is already full. So, I am wondering if I can just call the embassy to make some arrangement and beg them to give me a January interview date? Will that be possible? If yes, how? Thanks!

  Hi. I read from your timeline that you already had the medical exam. Did St. Luke's keep your passport also? Quite worried since I don't have my interview date yet. Husband just sent the AOS and IV yesterday. I guess it would take a month or two for them to complete my case and another one month for the schedule. I'm just wondering if would it be okay if the results and passport are 'pending' in the embassy.

  @ Angeli : Hello! I had early medical even if I don't have the appointment yet. Yes St. Luke's will keep your passport and they are going to forward it to the embassy with your medical result.
