Advanced Aardvark reacted to MacUK in K1 Visa denided on the interview.
As is said on here many times, don't have any form of celebration that could possibly be interpreted as a wedding.
Now you're in a situation where the CO believed you are already married so ineligible for a K-1, but you're not 'married enough' to qualify for a spousal visa.
I'd say the best suggestion is for you now is to go back and complete the marriage ceremony and apply for the spousal visa.
It's a crummy situation but sometimes in the visa process you have to put your future life together ahead of traditions and customs.

Advanced Aardvark reacted to Anh map in No Joint Bank Account - Need Advice
A joint account is just one piece of evidence. A short note explaining why wouldn't hurt. No need to supply all the other things you listed re: alimony. Life happens.
How about drivers licenses showing a shared address? Wills? A few family photos? Auto titles / loans?

Advanced Aardvark reacted to Lemonslice in Why should K1 visa applicants get interview date before I-130 applicants!
K1 can't work. K1 can't travel freely. K1 have trouble getting their driver's licence. Each visa has its + and -. -

You have to meet BEFORE you send the I-129F ... You have met now so just send in a new I-129F with the evidence.

Tell your husband to tell her she is to only contact him. If she calls you do not answer it.

Put the wedding date back would seem to be the obvious call.

Advanced Aardvark reacted to Anh map in Met my Fiance exactly 2 years and 2 days ago
Don't waste the time or money filing the petition if you have not met face to face within the last 2 years. Use the filing fee money to travel to the Philippines to see your fiancee.

Advanced Aardvark reacted to newbie215 in Married but never ffiled AOS :/
And to add you do not need I-130..Like I said just follow the same forms, guides and requirements like the normal K1 AOS..

Advanced Aardvark reacted to EM_Vandaveer in Married but never ffiled AOS :/
I could not agree more. Also there is no need to visit a USCIS office. They can't give you legal advice anyway. (And when they do, they sometimes give you the wrong information anyway, especially on the phone.)
Just file all the forms. Start on the I-693, find a Civil Surgeon in your area as a medical will be needed.

Then simply follow this guide:

No reason to sweat it, you're perfectly fine.

baron555,
There is ZERO reason to get "the long overstay waived". Overstay, no matter how long, is automatically forgiven when filing for AOS based on marriage to a USC.

Advanced Aardvark reacted to NikLR in I-751 denied, now what?
You left the US to live in another country... Why should you have a green card? This is for living in the USA which you do nt plan to do. At 3 years you could have applied for citizenship if you are still married to your original petitioner AND a LPR. But you abandoned you green card so citizenship is out

Advanced Aardvark reacted to Expat1 in Seas are rising way faster than any time in past 2,800 years
"they went back 3,000 years, but aren't confident in the most distant 200 years" seems a good way to dismiss data that doesn't fit
If there had just been enough taxes and regulations and idle liberals who need grants to use their education or they'll starve and die we could have stayed in the Ice Ages
Now I wonder - how fast do seas rise at the end of an Ice Age? Is it a gentle rise? Are seas rising faster or slower?
I just wish these grant-sucking geniuses who have spent millions on these climate prediction tools could accurately predict the weather a few days out. That would actually be useful.
