They do request original by mail from both the AOS and DS-230.

Hmm. thanks raymon. So i guess we'll have to send through regular mail all the papers in I864. Thanks for the advise, one more thing if you know. My spouse will be using a sponsor, so does that sponsor fill out an I-864A and we fill out a regular I-864.?

I FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF NVC--- i was sooo relieved with the questions that is been running throuhg my head for the past years. for my step-son's issue that i made an honest error, all i just have to do is to wait till they will contact me in about 4-6 weeks and the operator was telling me that they might be asking for my step-son's birthcertificate and she was saying i should be FINE!

and about my address issue, i can fax them my new physical address to 1-603-334-0071 ATTN: change address

and they can update my file.

thank you all for the advices... i wonder how life would be with you guys....

Mitch, i was right after all..you will start receiving those stuff either this month end or next. Better advise hubby to start getting those requirements.!

hi Raymon,i still have to start on I864. Still have to pay the fee. I think we should call the NVC and find out if we just download the form after the fee status changes to "paid" and send it online or what. so am not really sure about that.. was thinking of putting the same question up in the forum as well.

Twulf, I was told as soon payment for $70 is paid,we can go ahead and download the form I-864

and send it to NVC with the bar coded cover sheet and pertinent docs required. Piece of advise

i suggest you make some sort of a cover letter as reference for all the items attached that goes

with the form.

Just to be on the safe side call them and ask them should you file out the I-864 and send it because I read some where that if you send something without them telling you can delay your case.... But if you call and they have it on your account, you will be set...

i still cant get thru with NVC... huhuhuh... cant believe that..i tried 5 different kinds of connections but still.

and also, we are in the process of moving now... and NVC has my old house address... should i still have to file the change of address form or i can do that when my DS-3230 comes?

Mitch, try calling between the hour of 6-8pm (eastern). I know its always a busy tone but somehome after 5 to 10 calls i always get through;and for any changes of home address you can email NVC.

YUP that's the link but didn't you get a letter from NVC saying (According to our records, your affidavit of support processing fee payment was made please visit the department of state's above to download a copy of the I-864) ?

I got nothing that says that, and the last one i got yesterday was for the IV Fee Bill.

Its right on top that says "Go to the Affidavit of Support Processing Instructions"

you will see a tab for "PRINT DOCUMENT COVER SHEET". You need to print and used that

as a cover sheet when sending the docs back to NVC.

Lebanese Girl, i suggest you file the '09 taxes to avoid issues with the I-864 filing.

Hi Raymon, got an email today to pay the IV bill ($400) and then the dreaded I-864 will be processed, though dont know if they'll do it online or hard copy version.

Already paid the 70$ last week of March, so ill be expecting that email this week or maybe next.

Kareen, advise hubby to send a letter to NVC informing them to add your daughter as a Derivative Beneficiary on your petition. You need to submit photocopies of her birth certificate, your marriage certificate and send them to this address.

Hey Raymon me and you are in the same boat right now... I also sent my ds-3032 but only through email... and I also paid the Fee for the Aff

i send mine both ways just to be sure.AOS shown paid online but NVC has no confirmation as of yet if doc was received. They advise me to call next week.

Raymon, have you received any acknowledgement from NVC about them receiving DS3032. Do let us know. I'll do the same, just to see how long it takes.

Twulf, i did call NVC operator and advise me to call back next week. Nothings showing up

on their system that doc was received. I will give it a try next Friday.

i will try to wait for a month more since my priority date is JULY 27, 2007... SAMKUNLE was advicing me to wait for about 5 months coz to some people who requested too early had some delayed experiences since NVC will have to reject for requesting it far from their PRiority date... ill do that next month then.

About the stepson issue ,just send them photocopies of both the Birth and Marriage certificate.

Im just waiting for NVC to send me the I-864 package probably 2 to 3 weeks from now, ill keep you posted.

By the way..you can email NVC and advise them to send the DS-3032 to your email address.

Thats what i did last month and LO and BEHOLD..they send it last week..I dont know if that's just

pure coincidence or luck..but it works.

you seem to always lift my spirit... feeling ko lang kasi napag-iiwanan ako.. everyone here is either case complete, or waiting for their interview, trying to finish their cases at NVC, or just got approved by USCIS. but thanks to you....for the lift ups...since we are paddling almost in the same boat so at least i can follow up and get some ideas from your timeline.

Mitch, konting tiis nalang..im sure you will start receiving stuff by late April or mid-May.
