We submitted the NSO authenticated birth certificates..and were from cebu so what we did was call their hotline number and paid on the bank so they just delivered to us.

Ok Yna I sent out the Ds230 already I called up NVC and I told her I am the Petitioner and she told me that I don't need it and that as long as the Benifcery has his or hers...

thank you so much raymon, the kids don't have the same process with adults coz they will not go under xray if the result of their tuberculine skin test is negative but if it is positive then they will go xray... and kids will not have a blood transfusion and urine test.

soon i will be posting my medical and interview experience after i get back from manila coz i will be going back there this coming friday for my daughter's tuberculine skin test and need to wait 2-3 days for the result so she can have her vaccine and as i have mentioned if she is negative she can have her vaccine shots and will ask if she will go for personal appearance or not... coz at the checkout counter at usem consul said "we just need to wait for your daughter's medical result and then you will be receiving your visas" so i assume that we will no longer go back to the usem for her personal appearance but i guess i don't need to assume just to make sure... i am so confused really am...

Yna, about the tuberculine skin test..is that required for all baby's?

The documents you attached when you sbmitted the DS230 are basically the same docs that your husband should bring during the interview. But i sugget bring some family and wedding photos just in case they ask. One of our fellow Vj (Yna), just had her interview recently, maybe you can ask her instead.

As soon your PD is current in the VISA bulletin then they will schedule the interview.

Currently the May 2010 bulletin is Dec. 2006..So hopefully by June VISA Bulletin your PD

will be current.

hey mitch.. you are not alone, i think its just one of those times when everyone is busy with something or the other..its like everyone here has gotten the papers pretty much the same time and i guess they are busy getting the docs ready.

we will have it next week. I did call them last week and the AVR was saying they are waiting

for the "Biographics Form", so i was confuse what that means, so i called back again and

spoke with the operator and she explained to me that is refers to the DS-230.

So a sigh of relief ..so if you call and get that same message dont panic...

Hello again everyone! i have another question, as i open the nvc online fee payment i saw there that we can both pay the AOS and IV fee bill at the same time. but im quit hesitant because nvc only sent us the email that we can now pay the IV fee bill. Is it okay if we pay them at the same time?or is it better if the IV bill only? pls help! thanks in advance!

what do you thing i should do... they havent said anything about the ds-2032 that we sent... they havent send us anything... all they told me when i called was its time for me to pay the $400... which i dont even know how to pay that, i dont even know if i have to pay for my stepson too since im not sure if he's included inspite of my error...they should send me a bill...

Mitch, yes AOS is for the $70 and the IV Fee Bill is $400.You need to wait for NVC to email you the link and the document showing the invoice indentification no#. You need the invoice No.# to be able to sign-in and pay both fees online. And if they have already updated your case which include your step-son, then you will see both

your names on the link provided for the online payment.

and and sign in online on the link provided and pay both.

to be send from the petitioner. So I guess they have received my I-864 already and done with

Have you received anything yet for the IV FEE BILL? ..Your done with your DS3032 correct?

Hi Guys, just a quick update. Just spoke to NVC agent(a lady called Rose, she was really nice ) She said that they do not accept email/scanned version of I-864 and it has to be hard copies+supporting docs etc, the old fashioned way.

(fingers crossed) I also want the baby to come with us to immigrate, i read before that u gave birth here in the phil.and able to bring your baby with u without a visa. i dont have any worries about answering it... i dictated it... and everything went fine... he's just taking his time scanning it and sending it to me... i spoke with YNA, and SAMKUNLE on the phone about it... and it was a great help...

how did you do your ds-3032? did your wife signed it? or you did....nakakabwesit ang asawa ko... is taking too long to print it, fill it up, scan it and to email it back to NVC.

is it ok if he'll just scan it and send it to me and ill do all the work after that?

I got both same day (DS-3032 and the AOS FEE BIll Invoice) maybe you will get your's soon. No need for cover sheet, he just needs to signed the form and send that back to NVC. Have him scan the doc, email a copy to you, and you can send that copy to NVC as well.

Hello all......sorry for not being here too often,glad 2 know that uscis r currently working on dec 06....Had a query....My wife received a letter from uscis asking to pay $70 and confirming whether my address is correct here in india....wonder what that means??.....My wife(Permanent resident) had filed for me in July 06 thru I130 and in jan 10 my case was approved and now she got a letter with a NVC case number.....Could u please help me in suggesting what it means and what shud be my course of action from here in india....

NVC just wants to confirmed if no changes on the BENE address to avoid delays for future mailings.

hi mitch, raymon and yna! i have a question again. We haven't mailed yet the birth certificate of our daughter to NVC and im worried that if i send the choice of agent to them ASAP my daughter will not be included to the petition. should i wait until they receive the birth certificate or is it ok to send them the form now and will they still include my daughter later when they receive our letter? thanks very much for your help.

Would suggest you need to send the request first to add your daughter as additional beneficiary,

then a week later the from DS-3032. That way when they generate the AOS FEE BILL they would have

included your daughter in their system. Make sure you indicate the CASE#, petitioner, beneciary

name and DOB on the cover letter.

i never signed up for any payment yet... what's the website for that? is it complicated? and you mean to say, if i'll sign up then it should show if my stepson's name is in it? im just starting to answer the i-864 form... just to have an idea about it... and oh my! its a bit complicated. i need to ask maybe YNA about it.. to make sure i am answering it right.

by the way, where are you located at? is it okay if ill ask for your number? just pm it to me. i might need to talk to you and just want to compare stuff... i mean answers. im being sooo paranoid i might answer it wrong and will delay or will make a tragedy to my applications.

Mitch, your supposed to received 2 separate emails from NVC; for the DS-3032 and AOS Fee Bill.

Instruction are included on how to pay online.It's pretty easy im sure you wont have any problem with it.

And if they have updated your case to include your son, then yes you will see your names in it..OK..I will PM you for my number..

i just have a quick question kuya, did you sign the choice of agent? or your wife did? what did you do on that one. my hubby is trying to fill it up and he'll be mailing it to NVC today. but i will be the agent though.

Mitch, same here im the choice of agent, advise hubby to sign form and mail to NVC. And also have him scan the form (PDF File) and email that as well. By the way have you already sign up in the Immigrant Visa Invoice Payment Center? sign-up and pay the AOS fee. Also you can check if your son is already included in the petition

Hey Raymon, did you email your I864+DS230 ? need to understand the whole thing..did you fill it, sign, and print and scanned it.. including all the reqd. supporting docs.? (have they entered into their system, did you get an intimation from NVC ) btw. my PD is April 2007.
