  2. Guys, I need your help on following question.

I am in the process of submiting my I-864.

I am sponsering my wife & daughter through 1-130. my wife has an ITIN (induvidual tax identification number) for tax purposes and we both filed tax returns jointly for last 2 years. when i send my I-864 to NVC, do i have to send a copy of my wife's ITIN to them?

    Thank you.

    KURAISH

Since your joint filer's, nothing to worry about your wife's ITIN #, just send your W2 and 1040EZ Forms.

  3. Sorrry i meant chakadoll congrats and my question to raymon was for u should i call now or wait it out. I am overseas right now an. Hey Lebanese Girl, How are you? hope all is well. Yes im praying hard for that one and im hoping that i will get my schedule by 1st week of July. With ragrds to your case, it usually took them 2 to 3 weeks to compete your case..so i guess by this week yours will be completed by then. Since its expensive for you to call you can email them.

  4. i was thinking of just shifting my career...mag manalagna nalang kaha ko??? pero Raymon, tama gyud ko sir no???

@ Yna - is in Seattle (and is having a good time...)

you guys please, let us know where in particular are you located at? maybe we could plan a meet up for a family reunion.

Me in Dallas TX..home of the Dallas Cowboys.!!

  5. Thanks YNA, RAYMON and CHAKADOLL for your valuable advice. sorry guys, I have 2 more questions from my I-864.

    1. when we send our last 3 years tax return info, is it required to send IRS Transcript and our W2 copies? or just IRS transcript is enough?

2.Last month, I added our newborn daughter to the petition, by sending a copy of Birth certificate to NVC. But, it shows only the first and middle name of my daughter's name in their system. how can i add the family name to my daughter's name in NVC? is this going to be a problem, when we send the I-864 and DS-230 with my daughter's family name in it?

    Thanks In Advance. :)

    Kuraish

W2 and the 1040 -EZ form will do. And for your child's last name better call NVC to have that corrected.

  9. Hello Guys ,I have been reading here a Lot about EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE while sending the AOS,Can sum1 plx explain me what exactly it is n what all points does it cover?

    Thanx

Certificate is simply a proof that you are currently employed. It usually indicates your length of service and position in the company you are working; and some certificate may or may not include your salary.

You may have to get in touch with HRD to get one.

  10. jsut the recent year nadeem:)and don't forget other stuff like w-2 and employment certificate :)

oh my you got that wrong raymon it is always raining here huhuh and so coooold! as per edward (twilight) the wetest continental in the US... freaking cold! i'd rather live in cali... where dyu live by the way?

So cold? hahahahaha...you wait till December and January kay labaw pa sa cold..one good reason dont like to live up north. Im here here in Dallas, TX and we do have our share of winter as well but not as BAD as up North. But ive been to Seattle before and city is pretty nice...

  11. THANKS RAYMON. A QUICK QUESTION. DO YOU THINK I SHOULD MENTION ALL 3 YEARS INCOME IN THE I-864 FORM? IS IT REQUIRED OR OPTIONAL? I WAS THINKING TO LIST ONLY MY 2009 INCOME AND SEND THE 2009 TAX TRANSCRIPT. WHAT DO YOU THINK ?

THANKS. I WILL REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR ADVICE. :)

    KURAISH.

Its really an optional thing since what they really wanted to verify is your recent income; but we always wanted everything to be perfect,

so that is why even if its optional we just send anyway just to avoid the dreaded RFE.

Like i said its optional and its your choice.

  12. Hi Everyone, i hope everything is doing well.

Hi Micth, are you done with your I-184? Im still waiting for my childrens passport. Hayy, im so stress with all the documents that they ask.

    Missy

Hi Missy, still no sched, its been my 4th week of waiting :crying:

  15. Hi friends,

I am new to this forum and its a very helpful place for all of us.

I am so confused with the following question on I-864. please help me.

I am a LPR filing for my wife and kid. my household size is 3. so, according to poverty guidelines, I should have at least 22k income. my last 3 years income is 19k(2007) 18K(2008) and 24K(2009). SO, I AM NOT ABOVE THE POVERTY LINE IN 2007 AND 2008. my current income is around 25K. BUT,I DON'T HAVE THE PAY STUBS FOR LAST 3 MONTHS AS I WAS BACK HOME WITH MY WIFE AND KID.

do you think this will be a issue? whether I should list all 3 years income in the I-864 ? please advice me.

    Thanks.. :)

i think you should be ok since your current income is above the proverty guidelines. (22K for family of 3).

If you are unbable to provide pay stubs for the last 3 months then a certificate of employment will suffice.
