We met online through Filipina Heart. We ended up becoming friends, falling in love and then stepped off the deep end. I was in the process of moving to Costa Rica, so we decided to meet here and see what would happen. Since it was so much easier for a Filipino to come to CR than the US, it was a no brainer. We found that not only were we compatible, but even more than we thought. We have now lived together in CR for almost two year and have been married since 7/10. Now our visa journey has begun. I hope we enjoy the ride.
