I also filed with Vermont and still waiting. i am going to Dominican Republic in August for my anniversary. will not getting the new green card affect me, or can i just attach the letter to my expired green card? am so confused.

Quick question? can we change jobs while waiting for the 10 yr green card and just show then the 1 yr extension letter.

my GC expired on 02/24/12, filled with Vermont center in november. biometric was in January 2012

Hey am a December filler too we filled on December 4th, got notice on the 8th, when for biometric on the 7th. got an interview letter today for the 24th of february. they never sent my EAD card, and my case online has not been updated.

I am happy about the interview, my lawyer said its really fast

Hey guys. My lawyer received my interview date tday. it is on teh 24th of feb. i guess MSC is fast then I am so excited. I wonder y i didnt get a work permit

I worried about the same thing. MSC is the National Benefit Center in Missouri, I looked at the time frames & worried because I didn't see our firms listed there. We were adjusting from VWP, sent all documents in March 09, had biometrics, EAD arrived in May, interview was July, & his green card came in August 09. The I-485 & I-765 show approved online, however I-130 still shows pending. From what I have read from other (wise) VJ members the online system is not updated very often.

We sent in our i485, i795 and i130 on December 2nd, we got the notice on the 8th that it was received, then i went for my biometric on the 7th of january. I have noticed the i130 have not been touched since the receipt date and the i485 and i795 were updated on Jan 8th. we are using a lawyer so i didnt know where our processing center was. I just checked and it is MSC , i checked the processing time and noticed they don't process a lot of cases, they dont even have i485 and i130 on their list of cases they process. Do i need to contact uscis/ has anyone else used MSC?

i485,i765,and the other i3 somthing was received on December 8th, My husband is filling for me. I went for Biometric on the 7th of January. When do you all think i will get my work permit. i am always checking online but it was last updated on the 8th of January
