Married to a wonderful guy from Morocco. We meet in September of 2007. We were married in March of 2009 after me visiting him and is family 5 times. The wedding was there in Morocco. Filed for K-3 in August 11, 2009, approved and sent to the NVC on Sept 19, 2009. Interview set up on December 09, 2009. Yes guys really fast. I had a great attorney here in the states. If anyone wants here name and how to get a hold of here just let me know. Here is where the problems start. My husband says the guy seemed nice enough. My husband had over 400 pictures, 750 instant messages, 150 emails, cards and letters from myself and my family. They asked for another interview. He came back on December 17, 2009. That is when they advised him that the visa application was going to be put into "administrative processing" (221g). "Don't call us we will contact you" they say. I contacted my lawyer and she was furious. I have called the DHS they will not tell you anything either really other than you can call back every two weeks to get and update and apologize for the inconvenience! Do they think that we are all dumb? Discrimination is still illegal in the United States that also means in our embassy's as well. My husband has the right to have his case reviewed without his religion being and issue. This is the way the Consulate seems to be handling most of the cases right now!
