Received NOA for the 3 in September 6 or 8 2009
HAd my biometrics in Oct. 5, 2009
Received my EAD in 2nd week of Oct. 2009

Received NOA1 stating they cancel my interview appointment due to unforseen circumstance
Received NOA2 stating my husband (petitioner) will have a biometric appointment on Jan. 8, 2010.
Went to take biometrics on Jan. 8, 2010
Went for infopass appointment on Jan. 12, 2010 to know why my husband has to do biometrics and why our interview was cancelled. The guy doesn't even know about AWA Filers or if there's any law. He just said that we have a NOID on the way in the mail. Our case is being handled by a particular person in Lee Summit, Missouri.
NOID received in 3rd week of Jan. 2010 (we have 87 days to provide all the documents they are asking)
Filed I-131 on Jan. 20, 2010
Received NOA for I-131 on Jan. 29, 2010
Received approved Advance parole (I-131) in feb. 5, 2010
Sent the reply (documents needed) for the NOID last Mar 20, 2010. Unfortunately, we lost the tracking # and we were not sure if Dept. of Homeland Security in MS received it (That is where the place where we sent the reply for NOID because that is what is written in the letter)
Sent another reply last April 6, 2010 (our deadline is april 9, 2020) and we track it and someone received the reply on April 7, 2010.
and now, we are waiting..
Planning to have an infopass appointment again on June 14, 2010 (65 days from the date of the deadline)
June 13,2010 - Cancelling our infopass appointment.
June 13,2010 - Receive Notice for an Interview on July 1, 2010 @ 8am.
July 1, 2010 - Interview date
July 1, 2010 - We went for an interview today but we are just in a "hanging" situation right now coz the IO said we just have to wait for 30-60 days for the decision. The only hope that we are holding is the one that he said, " Everything looks fine, just wait for 30-60 days for the decision". We are hoping for the best.
July 6, 2010 - I look in the USCIS page and it says " On july 2, 2010, we ordered production of your new card. (It didn't say approved or not)
July 6, 2010 - received Notice of Action of I-130 and it says that my husband is approved to petiton his wife. Called the USCIS and ask about the "new card" that is written in my status @ USCIS.gov. She said, new card means "greencard". It means I'm approved.
July 9, 2010 - looked up my status in Uscis website and they changed it. It says, " On july 8,2010, we ordered your new card". instead of july 2, it become july 8. weird.
July 10, 2010 - Got the approval letter in the mail
