My fiancé and I had our visa approved and it is now at NVC, i have the unique case number and the next steps are confusing . It seems like there is 2 separate sites to compete the ds 160? There is a usa web site and a manila embassy site. do we have to do both or which one. I am super confused? Any help would be appreciated
