We met in 1998 when I was working as an Au Pair for a year in New York. After a fantastic year together we travelled across the states from New York to California for a month before my J1 expired. The day I had to leave was the sadest day of my life. And so began our long distance relationship. We talk on the phone at least 3 times a day, every day, and take it in turns to visit around every 2-3 months, sometimes for a long weekend, sometimes for up to five months on my B2. We were engaged on 27th June 2003, the happiest day of our lives - that is, until we were married on 25th June 2005!!! We are now counting down the days until we can be together forever...
