So I can fill out the paperwork from the US, and send it to the consulate for her?

Ugh! Geez its harder than I thought then. She can't read so for her to fill out the paperwork would be hard, she went to a lawyer and was ripped off, her other family doesn't want to or know what the steps are so. I don't know how or where to start. 😞

So question....currently we are going through the I130 process with my husband. Now he is wanting for my MIL to come visit while we wait for the waiver to be approved(hasn't physically seen her in 20yrs) . She has already tried once but was denied ( she also went with a group of people) so I am wondering what we can do to apply for her visa from the US. Thanks for any info guys!
