crushed..Icalled both numbers..case still has not been recieved yet...its been over a month..really this is so hard..I thought this part was suppose to quickly..havent we waited enough during the USCIS part..

Well the earliest date to anticipated for hearing anything from USCIS is April 20 the latest date (per USCIS) is August 20th. Wide range but at least the earliest date has finally arrived. Keeping it positive! Good luck to everyone waiting.

I won my appeal the BIA aggreed with me case was remanded back to uscis and last week USCIS reopened i130

:0) Today I am smiling.... Can see the light at the end of the tunnel.... Alhamdulillah

Finnally have heard from USCIS... Our petition has been approved :0) Alhamdulillah!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a letter from USCIS. I got SO excited.... but it was just confirmation that they changed my address. At least they know where I live!

i would like to ask about g-325 this is include in filing i-130 and it mentioned need beneficiary signed . so it is fine that i will send thoufg email my g-325 to my spouse with my sign or i need to send throght dhl for original copies signature?
