hi , i have a question if you could answer , i am green card holder , i submit petetion to my wife over vermont it's been now 3 years , and 2 days a go i receuved an email from uscis , thy thy send it to lincoln nebraska , for jurisdiction . do you know some thing about that!! please if you know give me some informations. thank's
