      Any nonimmigrant visa applicant can pay their fee in cash at the nearest branch of Bank of Philippine Island (BPI). You are required to bring a copy of your passport bio page for the MRV fee payment. An applicant is required to fill in passport number, amount, full name (as appearing in the passport) and contact number in the deposit slip available at the bank branch. Upon payment of the MRV application fee, the bank will issue you a copy of receipt.
