I met Joseph online in February 2004. Soon we realized that we were in love. We met in person for the first time in April of 2007 & spent two weeks visiting countries in Europe. Since we met, we continue to talk online each day & long for the day we can be together permanently. In August 2009, Joseph stayed with me at my home for 3 weeks and the day he left was the hardest day of my life. It looks like we've got a long, hard road ahead of us, but we both know it's well worth it. *UPDATE JULY 2018* - Joseph & I just celebrated our 8 year wedding anniversary this week The immigration process took us about 5 years from start to finish. It was time consuming, expensive and extraordinarily stressful, but very much worth it. We couldn't have done it ourselves without this website and the VisaJourney community. We leave this account active in the hopes that we can help others going through the same thing.
