Spouse arrived in March 2006 and became a US citizen as soon as she was able. She then sponsored her parents who lived and worked in the US for 5 years, saving money for their return to the Philippines. Upon their return to the Philippines, they built four apartments and a small neighborhood store and are quite happy though, at their agfe, they wil likely never return to the US. Spouse's sister works in Dubai where she was recently unsuccessful in obtaining a tourist visa to visit us in the US.
