April/2004 withdrew K1 petition.
12/5/2004 refiled at VSC for the same fiancee.
12/7/2004 NOA1.
3/2/2005 was told that because fiance has an A# from the first filing, USCIS needs to dig up the old file for review before making a decision. I will check again in 4 weeks.
4/7/2005 NOA2 - Finally approved.
4/11/2005 - NVC received my file and case # assigned.
5/9/2005 - Contacted Congressman, told to call back mid june.
