    I was looking around and saw another case, VWP entrant married in the summer and did nothing. A lawyer suggested Consulate processing and was downvoted. Cant win. VWP of course waives any rights.

    No No money, no ties likely no visa. Teh interview is very short, just 2 or 3 questions, they will not be interested in the motorcycle title.

    I knew my Parents birthdays for many many years before I ever saw it on a document. And my Grandparents, now as a kid I may have not known the year. Now whether F4 will be around in the 2050's I have no idea, and am unlikely to be around then. Presumably you will be reaching retirement, hopefully they are a lot younger.

    According to that link she was paroled in. Unclear if Husband is a USC. I know there is an issue around wheter Parole counts as being inpected for adjustment purposes. Very rare for an I 130 to result in an interview, I have not seen enough of them to comment. Most I 485 would be around 30 minutes. I have seen a few take a couple of hours but they have had an underlying reason.

    Sort of reminds me of the Belgrano as well, anyway the more interesting question is why do Dems have such a love of drug smugglers?

    A bit misleading, a Dutch court cant overturn a US Court, this issue presumably is where the assets are and opbtaining enforcement to recover the judgement.

    I quite like Rosebuds, never know that was the original name. I was dragged to a performance by the local Ballet society last night, sadly only 2 boys participated, they had one section where younger kids were dressed like Brownies, maybe a connection.

    Would she not have to give up her Indian citizenship if she naturalised. At 89 is there a particular reason she is interested? As an aside maintaining residency is one thing where a medical situation would be helpful, now Naturalising is a different issue.
