  2. When Willow leaves her cozy barn for Washington, DC, and the big white house where she will now live, Willow discovers new rooms to explore and is welcomed by the nice lady she met at Farmer Rick’s farm. Soon, Willow meets so many new people—one who arranges the flowers, another who makes sweet things to eat, and the man with a nice smile who seems to be able to do everything at once. Even though they are much bigger and busier than she is, each of them always seems to have time to say hello and make her feel at home in the big white house. Willow enjoys discovering the White House and all the special people who make this house a home.
  3. Your Bank can transfer, loads of specialist like XE etc, see where you get the best rate/lowest fee. You need a US account to transfer it to. When to do it well a personal choice. If you do not have a UK account where are you going to get your Pension paid into. UK Pension will be taxed at source so most unlikely you will also owe US taxes.
  4. It can take a lot longer to get a B than U4U not that this is appropriate in this case. Agree dates which are convenient to you, ask her to send her Airline reservation when available and the rest is up to her.
  5. If she qualifies U4U seems more practical but the case sounds more like RUN.
  6. Syrians are not banned from the US, now quite how a single female would be able to show non immigrant intent I have no idea.
  7. You realize the Consulate says not to buy tickets until visas are issued
  8. Did she go to Warsaw and was refused. Applying for a Tourist visa is very simple.
  9. So many questions so little information
  10. There are things that you can get away with for a non immigrant visa but will bite you of you go for a immigrant visa
  11. Well never helps applying outside your own Country but very much depends on the totality of the situation.
  12. The US does not seem to generally do Employment Contracts, well I have never had one, but HR must have produced something.
  13. I 601s usually take about 2 years, I have never heard of one being processed in days, even if you get an expedite they will take a lot longer than that. Obviously we can only see how long they have taken not how long they will take. Do you have a Lawyer?
  14. https://www.asdatyres.co.uk/215-60-16?season=all season I do remember when I came over trying to find somewhere that sold tyres with no joy. Anyway just for amusement sake I looked up the options in the UK for my car and the price seemed similar but a lot more options. Now I look for all season good in snow tires and obviously the latter is not relevant in the UK. So seems a lot more options in the UK but they do not do mileage guarantees or tire hazard protection, I get mine from Costco. Also they obviously sell EV and Hybrid tires.
  15. What are your qualifications?
  16. Someone has a very heavy foot. I had to go over the pass this morning and the snow ice combination made things skittish and will need a new set before next winter, now they have 60,000 on them. Now they are legal and fine otherwise.
  17. Is this a D3 waiver?
  18. Hmm well the reflection off the snow does give me a bit of tan... I will give it a try and report back.
