  1. You do not mention what the plan is, she has not been petitioned to move to the US so presumably the plan is for him to move back home or them both move elsewhere. It takes sometime to get an appointment in India so my first thought is if it is worth it , will the situation be resolved by then? If not then presumably they will have plans that can be hard evidenced by the time she attends the interview.
  2. I have visited more than 30 Countries including Mexico 4 times and never gave it much of a thought. Forget how many times I visited the US before I moved. It seems that the US expects about 80 million visitors this year and I think it is reasonable to assume most will also give it little concern. Does everyone get admitted to Mexico I assume not, was it ever something in the back of my mind well no. Are there people with patterns that are going to get attention sure. So never heard of a Lawyer knowing much about Tourist Visas, there is no money in it for them and nothing they can add, you fill the form and go to the interview, if you end up in US Secondary a Lawyer can not go in and help you. That is one thing, a Visitor Visa is for visiting not living in the US. Who does that? If I was working at the PoE and saw something like that my suspicion levels would go through the roof. I assume you mean beneficiary bit such a letter is the definition of meaningless. I have visited more than 30 Countries including Mexico 4 times and never gave it much of a thought. 3. For giggles I looked up Advance Democracy, surprisingly no information as to who is involved, who funds them etc. Judging by their verbiage reasonably to assume Soros or his ilk. You would have thought if they actually meant what they say they might be concerned about the Dems going full Beria.
  4. I watched half of that and it got tedious. The way I would think most people know if they have a valid license is by looking in their wallet/purse whatever. He had his suspended 12 ish years ago and did nothing, now I do not know how long they issue DLs for, my first one was until I reached 65, but am pretty sure it would have expired by now.
  5. It does not sound right especially with a high fraud consulate. Have you reviewed the guides on VJ
  6. You have a few years, after 21 it gets much longer so why not see how things pan out.
  7. I would need to set up an account to work through examples but it seems from the examples they gave that they charge half or so the margin the Banks would. The site has the Interbank rate which is good, very transparent, so would be easy to see how the rate they give you on a transaction compares to that. I seriously doubt they give you the Interbank rate, usually it gets closer the more you transfer.
  8. ‘Termination shock’: cut in ship pollution sparked global heating spurt https://www.theguardian.com/environment/article/2024/may/30/termination-shock-cut-in-ship-pollution-sparked-global-heating-spurt Sudden cut in pollution in 2020 meant less shade from sun and was ‘substantial’ factor in record surface temperatures in 2023, study finds
  9. OFX does not charge a fee on amounts over $10,000 They do make a margin and say that it is less than the Banks would.
  10. Uk and US qualified tax advisors are few and far between, especially I would imagine in Idaho. I always found it super simple to transfer money from my Nat West account, either using someone like XE, amusingly I received an email from them today or directly into my Wells Fargo account. It used to be that if you had an American Express card you could easily open a US one, do not know if that is still the case.
  11. I would mention all the visits, plus of course future ones. Not that I would expect them to be that interested. Is there a reason you decided to go for the K1?
  12. Sadly we come across a lot of weird comments from Lawyers.
  13. Putting the question to one side if you should really go there, I assume most people would not, this is not a DIY case, you will need a competent US Immigration Lawyer and they will no doubt need to liaise with a local lawyer.
  14. How old is he How old was he when you married

  16. When Willow leaves her cozy barn for Washington, DC, and the big white house where she will now live, Willow discovers new rooms to explore and is welcomed by the nice lady she met at Farmer Rick’s farm. Soon, Willow meets so many new people—one who arranges the flowers, another who makes sweet things to eat, and the man with a nice smile who seems to be able to do everything at once. Even though they are much bigger and busier than she is, each of them always seems to have time to say hello and make her feel at home in the big white house. Willow enjoys discovering the White House and all the special people who make this house a home.
