  1. I have come across one or two cases where the K1 has been used as a visitor visa but normally the plan is for the K1 to stay here.
  2. Very rare that a K is a better bet and this seems to be one of them. Also look up CRBA
  3. Caitlin Clark: As WNBA upgrades foul on Fever star to a flagrant, Indiana GM calls on league to clean up ‘targeting actions’ https://www.cnn.com/2024/06/03/sport/wnba-chennedy-carter-flagrant-caitlin-clark-foul-spt-intl/index.html Caitlin Clark Is Going To Be Seriously Injured If Racial Hostility Continues | Bobby Burack https://www.outkick.com/sports/caitlin-clark-going-seriously-injured-racial-animus-continues-bobby-burack
  4. I would not file online And do not understand the W2 issue, could you clarify. Once you file the package than she is here under the colour of law so OK. I would also file the complete package including medical.
  5. UK was you went in the back after the Service and signed the paperwork with the Vicar and walked out, I assume he registered a copy. US you got a license, got married, sent it in to the County and they sent you the Certificate a few days later, mind you I have read that places like CA can take their time.
  6. https://www.cnn.com/politics/live-news/hunter-biden-trial-06-03-24/index.html Approximately 250 Delaware residents have been summoned for jury service, according to the judge. They’ll be whittled down to a panel of 12 seated jurors and four alternates. Delaware is one of the smallest states in the country, and the Biden family looms large. As part of the selection process – called voir dire – prospective jurors will be asked if they can stay impartial regardless of their views about the 2024 election. They’ll also be asked if they can keep an open mind about Hunter Biden, even if they’ve been eligible to vote in past elections for Joe Biden, who has held public office in Delaware since 1971. Other questions touch on the highly politicized atmosphere surrounding the case, including, “Do you believe Hunter Biden is being prosecuted in this case because his father is the President of the United States?” or, coming from the other side, whether they think he “is not being prosecuted for other crimes because his father is the President?”
  7. What if a name has changed? If either you or the person you are filing for is using a name that is not the same name shown on the relevant documents, you must file your petition with copies of the legal documents reflecting the name change, such as a marriage certificate, adoption decree, or court order
  8. Well this really hits intersectionality. Unclear where Queers for Hamas are in all of this.
  9. Are you sure it is a H1b?
  10. If you are not ready to marry then the K1 is the wrong option.
  11. Generally better to Marry and file for a CR1 but obviously depends on the specifics.
  12. You do not mention what the plan is, she has not been petitioned to move to the US so presumably the plan is for him to move back home or them both move elsewhere. It takes sometime to get an appointment in India so my first thought is if it is worth it , will the situation be resolved by then? If not then presumably they will have plans that can be hard evidenced by the time she attends the interview.
  13. I have visited more than 30 Countries including Mexico 4 times and never gave it much of a thought. Forget how many times I visited the US before I moved. It seems that the US expects about 80 million visitors this year and I think it is reasonable to assume most will also give it little concern. Does everyone get admitted to Mexico I assume not, was it ever something in the back of my mind well no. Are there people with patterns that are going to get attention sure. So never heard of a Lawyer knowing much about Tourist Visas, there is no money in it for them and nothing they can add, you fill the form and go to the interview, if you end up in US Secondary a Lawyer can not go in and help you. That is one thing, a Visitor Visa is for visiting not living in the US. Who does that? If I was working at the PoE and saw something like that my suspicion levels would go through the roof. I assume you mean beneficiary bit such a letter is the definition of meaningless. I have visited more than 30 Countries including Mexico 4 times and never gave it much of a thought.
