    It would be unusual for a Court to allow a child out of their jurisdiction if one Parent objects, especially a mother, even more so a Mother with custody. Anyway something you need to discuss with your Family Lawyer

    I agree that it seems an odd case for an expedite, however I have seen some weird approvals so who knows? How long it will take, like anything who knows, last time I had any data it seemed to be about 30 days but that was an average and times change.

    I thought it was for the period of the warranty? Anyway there is no Company to meet the obligations. It is not just the physical parts, I suppose some of those will be common. But the software system, I assume that will be specific.

    I am not aware of any limitation as to how often you can apply for U4U, I looked and could not find any and no one else has come across anything. Change names is not relevant. Cant do any harm and it is free to follow it up.
