    I assume you have access to the same information the rest of us have. We know they were married for nearly 6 years before he left. We know Islamabad is a tough Embassy and she would have had to provide a ton of evidence about the validity of their marriage. How do you know he married her for a green card, yes he left her not exactly unusual, happens all the time. How is it fraud? I helped a friend of mine adjust her Husbands status, well she signed it, just easier. They subsequently divorced.

    Some basic information on expedites It is up to you to show that you have a case, this situation would require medical records and I would think additional supporting information. An expedite may speed up the process but is not quick. I have seen cases with what seemed to have severe medical issues refused. It is free so no harm trying. It would seem in this case much quicker, much easier for him to visit.

    Sadly the US has a very long campaign season, it seems to start soon after an election, not the 6 weeks in the UK. Lawyer will use it to ramp up business, Politicians well they will do anything. Comprehensive Immigration Reform has been talked about as long as I can remember, I doubt it will happen in my lifetime.
