  1. Here is The Bulwark again, about as Prog as you can get and watching their coverage of the Election explains better than I can why they lost.
  2. Pakistan is different, now if the fiancee is female then the Consulate know it would be very unusual for a Family to allow an unmarried daughter to move, so they assume, look for a religious ceremony.
  3. Never say never but I have yet to see a Teacher subject to 2yrHRR. I have seen cases where someone was mistaking made subject and vice versa. I wish I could remember where I saw it, one of my local TV Stations, but they covered a school in NE Colorado, in the boonies and not many teachers, a lady maths teacher from PI came over and they followed her, she ended up marrying a USC and adjusting.
  4. You do not have to sign a I 407 They could refer you to an IJ, seems rare.
  5. Justin Trudeau announces plan to quit as Canada’s prime minister https://www.theguardian.com/world/2025/jan/06/justin-trudeau-to-step-down-as-canada-prime-minister Always wondered how he lasted so long.
  6. How quickly can she get a new passport? Not sure what else you had in mind but that is what is needed. I think I have seen other threads where Passports have been stolen in PI.
  7. The one big advantage at 74 is that you have the time for frequent and lengthy visits.
  8. https://www.clevelandairport.com/traveler-info/international-travelers It is an International Airport
  9. I used to live in Tower Hamlets and that has seen waves of immigration for at least 500 years, and of course the motivators are now somewhat different. There is also a major difference between say Pakistani Immigration to the US and the UK, as the rapre gangs in Rotherham etc show. The unemployment situation is also very different. Anyway too late now. Nothing new, all discussed decades ago and nothing changed. Quite interesting how the politics has changed, sort of switched over, take Cesar Chavez for example he was a Labour/Left Wing hero of his age but would be tossed aside by the current Dems. Also interesting to compare the US and Canada, sort of like UK and Europe, much easier to live under the radar in the former.
  10. The issue is how you complete the I 864
  11. I gave you guidance, do you have any further questions?
  12. February 2028 - 90 days well I would add a week or two on. I would double check the charge will not impact your residency status.
  13. Not a great fan of chats, by all means send some samples, as always quality not quantity.
  14. Certainly Holland is having major issues. So he is a good location.
  15. Exactly, their onus to show they are no longer responsible. And most of the cases I have seen everything is hearsay.
  16. You remain the primary sponsor Do you have a copy of the Naturalisation certificate
  17. The RFE presumably was issued within 30 days so the premium processing aspect is complete. There are published exchange rates so I assume that would also apply to F1. How you change the financial information, is that what the RFE is about? Why did you not just apply for a visa?
  18. What is so attractive about the K1?
  19. Assuming they are not, by filing an I 130 for each.
