Probably not going to happen but no harm trying. -
The wporst possible thing is to have conditions removed whilst you in the process of separation/divorcing.

There used to be a web site that speliased in waivers and had a lot of posters going through CDJ, sadly gone. From my recollection most seemed to travel and then cross by land. Flying well ID might be an issue? Not up to date on Hotels but get one near the Consulate. I assume you have double checked everything and that the overstay is the only issue.
