    3 visits in 4 years seems unusual. You are a Doctor but she is sending you money? Anyway details matter in Immigration and Medical, and we do not have them.

    Immigration Law is Federal so no need to look just locally. For most cases that is what a Lawyer, well usually an assistant, does check the information you have supplied. Suggestion that they have paused processing HP cases, not sure if that is true, but then she would lose the many benefits HP has.
