  1. From memory there is no room on a DS 160 for anything other than specific answers to specific questions.
  2. A year or so back then for an I 130 sounds about right.
  3. Quite normal, it tends to raise a flag if they want to stay a long time, especially if the Parents are working.
  4. I have not come across a I 130 that has taken that long PD has to be current and that will take a few years
  5. Asylum seeker accused of killing Walsall hotel worker seen ‘clearly excited’ after attack, jury told Rhiannon Skye Whyte, 27, was stabbed 23 times with a screwdriver after shift at hotel where Deng Chol Majek lived Deng Chol Majek, who claims to be 19, was “clearly excited about what he had done” after inflicting fatal wounds on Rhiannon Skye Whyte, who worked in the hotel where he was living https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2025/oct/14/walsall-rhiannon-whyte-murder-trial-deng-chol-majek-wolverhampton-crown-court The odd this is that the Guardian are covering these stories more frquently, normally they ignore them. 9. Timelines have varied significantly I can certainly remember when they were a lot longer. Premium Processing just shows they can be done quicker, not that this is not obvious.
  10. The Consulate will not issue a visa unless that is clarified
  11. I would have thought a Family Lawyer would know what would be required
  12. Sounds like a question for a local Family Lawyer
  13. How does this apply if you want to interview in your country of residency.
  14. As an entity USCIS processes cases. As individuals I am sure there is a variance but essentially they follow the same route, sort of like a lot of other Agencies some people will go beyond their role. Something I certainly did not appreciate as the help function is a lot less than I was used to.
  15. The exception that proves the rule. Certainly not the normal result of Court proceedings.
  16. Man who entered UK on small boat found guilty of threatening to kill Nigel Farage Fayaz Khan, 26, made the threat in a TikTok video that Reform UK leader told the court was ‘pretty chilling’ In autumn last year Khan’s videos were focused on his attempts to come to the UK by small boat. He had lived in Stockholm, Sweden, since 2019, the prosecutor, Peter Ratliff , told the court. https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2025/oct/10/fayaz-khan-small-boat-nigel-farage
  17. Was he hosed in the Divorce Court? Obviously there are exceptions but thinking of the normal outcome.
  18. Both should file F4 for siblings does not have a marriage aspect other than that they can come as derivatives. F2b or F1 for children does but F3 for children married is there if the Mother naturalises.
