    There is no we, she is the one who can petition her Parents. She should start by reading the Guides, pretty simple. You file for each parent individually, ne derivatives. Probably quicker for her Parents to sponsor son when they get here. She can file under F4 now as well. More the merrier. The Consulate will be able to understand local languages. But they have plenty of time to get at least partly fluent.

    I was just thinking that assuming she leaves and has the child back home which seems the logical route, she could still file for child support. Now any judgement is only worthwhile if she can collect and that seems tricky.
