    Not sure it is socialism, there are many factors there is now some acknowledgment that for example getting rid of nuclear when you then become even more dependent on Russia was not a good idea.     I think they are still processing I 130 s and she will eventually be interviewed but no visa can be issued until the ban is withdrawn

I always found it amusing that getting a supressor is so hard, in the UK hard to get a gun but suppresors not so.

    There has been no change to CSPA for as long as I can remember. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin/2026/visa-bulletin-for-january-2026.html F2a is currently 1st Feb 2024, no idea when he will be current not a linear process or when his I 130 will be approved. Not impossible he could retain F2a.

    The officer who was shot I think had gone around the other side, his colleague was going for the drivers door. Seemed he was filing, mind you most people seemed to have their phones out. The wife was busy filing as well. Would be interesting to see that. I have not timed it but the whole event from her backing up to driving off and being shot took 7 seconds.
