    I would like to see a detailed timeline. Assuming we have a situation where the OP got a GC through marriage and then divorced before the 2 years and was unable to remove conditions my first thought is why? What did the ex spouse say or do? I assume there is a loooong story. Not the first time I have come across a second marriage, new file, in all of them the first marriage filing has to be shown to have been legit. Anyway Lawyer time.

    I self sponsored and spreadsheeted my assets, even stopped at the bank for a print off that day of my current account. Once glance at the spreadsheet and he moved on, seemed not very interested. But that was just my experience.

    The clock does not start until she becomes a LPR, and as mentioned above that could easily be a year after she enters on a K1, or longer. You may need to look at things like Health Insurance, fiancee vs spouse. And other day to day practicalities such as DL.

    I am not sure when I last saw an approved K3 on VJ, must be more that 10 years ago. They still seem to be issued, well less that 10 a year, I do not know in what circumstances as I have never come across one. An 1 130 takes about 15 months plus of course you then have the rest of the process which varies. No harm trying an expedite, I recommend it, but it is discretionary. It seems they have a pre screening aspect which I assume is what you are referring to due to the sheer numbers they have to deal with. If you want to bring your wife to the US for medical treatment that can be done as a visitor, even an approved expedite is not quick, just quicker.
