    Well the Petitioner pulls the case. It would not be denied, you would need to attend an interview for that, but yes it will die. No impact on you VWP, not an ESTA question. I suppose it is theoretically possible you might be asked about it at a PoW.

    You petition your Sister, let us say a visa becomes available in 2055. HP is good for 2 years, will there be a renewal opportunity, who knows.
