    Anyway back to the Disaster that is Denver. This was on the TV last night, headline is a bot misleading. https://www.denver7.com/news/crime/man-attacks-electric-dream-boutique-on-south-broadway-shattering-glass-door-while-threatening-employee-inside Short version Downtown is pretty bad and not somewhere most people would go to, but now it is spreading. Broadway I did occasionally go to there were a couple of shops I liked and it is a long walk from Downtown, anyway the area was 'gentrified' some time back but now things are getting bad. As always voting has consequences and they replaced one idiot with another.

Sounds racist, what happened to St George?

    There was a discussion about this some time back and if you cancelled the I 130 it would be down the Chief in the Consulate to decide, some apparently will and some will not, as they have not suggested this I assume not. But by all means ask.

    Visa Waiver Programme https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/tourism-visit/visa-waiver-program.html You get ESTA which allows you travel and seek admission under the VWP, good for a 90 day per trip but I would not max it out. If you decide to marry he is the one who will file an I 130 for you.

    I can not imagine they would give a retired person 12 months just to visit. I have seen it in religious settings. Obviously not usual. I can only think of a couple of times I have seen this. Also H1b partners.
