  1. If it was not for her PR status I would be wondering if it was worth bothering.
  2. Reading the original post again the job was offered, has it been accepted? Start date etc.
  3. Pr in Canada strikes me as being the main factor
  4. Hmm do not know all consulates are supposed to offer Exceptional DCF
  5. Hamanitarian Parole which does, lots of Ukranians are doing the same.
  6. So they are both in the US? How old was the minor when they married
  7. J1 in your case was a work visa. Maybe H2b if seasonal/ temporary. Really down to the Employer to get the ball going
  8. Not something I have paid too much attention to, I have seen cases where needing something from the Consulate was required, as I said I had assumed this was the exception, live and learn.

  10. I had assumed requiring documents from the Consulate was the outlier
  11. Hmm now admittedly not something I have ever looked in but I would have been going from the opposite assumption as far as a document from the Consulate is concerned. Just goes to show.
  12. It was more a question for the OP in wherever is involved.
  13. I have seen it once or twice but it is very rare. Please keep us updated.
  14. Work Authorisation seems to be coming through in a few months, Advanced Parole is still taking time. If you stay and adjust you will get a Green Car not a visa.
