    If you use AP you are Paroled in and certainly used to be a case that many Lawyers advised against using AP.

    I used AP well after I got my DL, back in those days EAD was a couple of months and then I did my test. I would check the GA DMV site, I assume you have the necessary documentation.

    Hacking himself does not do any, I am sure his company does loads. I did one time consider having a thread for his daily errors. Also wondered if his people who do the day to day stuff watch the show at all.

    Me and every K1 has had I 94 expire. I do not think I had a I 94 after using AP. Pretty sure I did not. Also got DL after EAD issued.

    It is very rare for there to be a home visit, certainly not normal.

    Asylum claims do not need a sponsor. There are no end of NGO's that can help, but still think a good lawyer is the best bet, I know most Asylum claims need help. Do not know what the going rate is, I would have guessed around 5k.

    I have never heard of anywhere that does not allow you to get a DL with EAD. I have come across quite a few Offices or perhaps Officers who do not know what they are doing. There is a reason the DMV has a reputation. Did you obtain a SSN.

    That would be dealt with by the asylum office and many by the court, probably looking at a decade plus. Who knows?

    And she cannot marry before her parents are able to naturalise as Permanent Residents can not sponsor married children.

    I should clarify 1,000 a week is not unreasonable, that is only 50,000 a year. Give or take.

    I had assumed Hacking was talking about a year from the call. A WoM year after filing seems too soon, plus of course it is a K1.
