    No But even if I was what would be the chance be of me handling this case, if filed at USCIS? I do know if I had raised this I would have started with the Hospital, Police involvement etc. Not she does not want to go home.

    Nobody is going to know how their case would have proceeded is they had waited for the RFE, 99% of people just have one case. I like keeping things simple so would send it in straight away.

    I know there are Facebook groups the specialise in this. Anyway we know she has not been here that long and my advise would be to stay well out of this, you can not know her that well, and you certainly cant know the dynamics of their relationship.

    I would advise you to stay clear of what seems a complicated of short relationship. There is no way you can know what is going on, it seems you have been told a few things but there is always two sides to every story.

    I assumed that so was focussing on what she does have, regular stuff that only a resident would have. If she has medical bills she has medical insurance and that is something a resident has, well you have to be resident to get it.

    I assume she does not work, Health Insurance? would be a big one, what does she pay for on a regular basis?

    I know Colorado rules have changed a few times, I was fine as it did not take long to get my EAD and CO allowed New Residents quite a long time to get a DL. So first you need to know how long you have as a new resident to get a DL. If they say you can get one as a K1 I assume that would expire after the 90 days.
