    I 864 has been used in Divorce settlements, there is at least one Law Firm that seems to do nothing else.

    FOIA is free but they know the issue Very common scenario All I can think of is to employ a Lawyer local to the Hospital to find out what the full cost should have been and to arrange full settlement
