  1. I have certainly seen a couple of months but not aware of any published times.
  2. Several classified documents from President Joe Biden’s time as vice president were discovered last fall in a private office, a source with knowledge of the matter tells CNN. The National Archives has referred the matter to the Justice Department for further investigation, the source told CNN. Biden’s lawyers found the government materials in November while closing out a Washington, DC-based office that Biden used as part of his relationship with the University of Pennsylvania, where he was an honorary professor from 2017 to 2019, the source said.
  3. Seems she is just visiting otherwise Patole would be the way to go
  4. To clarify the way it is set up you can always expedite the reasons for doing so are vague. Getting approved is another matter and I have come across many examples that I was surprised they were approved It is free, no downside so why not. Now should you put forward as strong a case as possible absolutely I tend to focus on the system as it is, not how it should be.
  5. When my visa was approved I knew that because they put it in my passport and I walked out with it. Different now
  6. No idea why they do not make it clear, very common situation
  7. Sounds like a Writ of Mandamus. Need to think how that would work in a non immigrant situation.
  8. Bound to take longer than a more normal case, you are just waiting.
  9. What sort of Court Case is it, not sure I have heard of one before in connection with a Student Visa.
  10. A lot of people I know go to Mexico. You get a free holiday and still save money.
  11. Can be misleading, what the interviewer should have made clear was that bit was approved. She had approved her element, not the whole thing.
  12. The answer is not any different if this happened in the US, and it does, move. Is it just you looking to move to the US?
  13. I am trying to think what you can be charged with for shooting somebody who is dead.
  14. Relationship irrelevant. There was a Cuban who posted a few weeks ago who was looking to move to the US from Canada, he has family in the US but none close enough to petition him normally, this would be ideal.
  15. I can answer that, why not, bullets are relatively cheap and not as if you can carry out an inspection after every shot and see if another one is needed. I agree the last one seems unnecessary but also agree that is an easy comment when you are looking at the video and not there. Might be better to say the last one was no doubt pointless.
  16. It is not an extension, it is a separate Humanitarian Parole programme, but the principles are the same. I have only seen a few Venezuelans, but the Ukrainian version is the oldest and we have many members who have done this one. https://www.uscis.gov/CHNV It does require you to file a I 134, important to realise this puts you under no obligation, just a formality. Likely to be very popular, the numbers available in no way matches demand so I would apply asap.
  17. Visitors buy Travel Insurance that includes Medical and Emergency Travel cover. Her best bet would be to have her check up done elsewhere, much more expensive in the US.
  18. Probably not that unusual for Canadians to bring Cats when visiting.
  19. Usually Canadians are allowed 6 months entry as a visitor, you can start the process now, well your spouse can, sooner the better. You mentioned taking your cat, if you turn up with a fully loaded car you might be asked questions that will be difficult to answer.
  20. If you are married in December I do not see how you could have got an Immigrant Visa by now.
